喷雾干燥制备康复欣胶囊颗粒的影响因素

The Influence Factors on the Spray- drying in Preparing the Kangfuxin Granule

目的:考察康复欣胶囊颗粒一步制粒法的工艺特点及影响因素。方法:利用康复欣处方中粉性成分作为喷雾干燥制粒的种子粉,直接喷雾干燥制粒,观察并总结工艺特点。结果:与传统方法相比,该方法具有无需添加辅料、药物有效成分损失小、工艺简单、省时省力、自动化程度高、质量稳定、生产成本下降、影响因素可控等优点。结论:喷雾干燥一步制粒法优点突出,值得在生产中推广。

Objective: To study the procedure characteristics and the influence factors in the process of the one- step method to prepare the Kangfuxin granule.Methods: Using the power in Kangfuxin formula as the seed power,spray- drying preparing the Kangfuxin granule directly,observe and summarize the procedure character.Results: Comparing to the traditional method,it has some merits,such as without assistances,the loss of the pharmacology ingredients is minimized,the procedure is simple,saving time and power,with high automation,stable quality and lower cost,easy to control the influence factors,and so on.Conclusion:The merits of this method are prominent,so this method is good for production.
