多糖硫酸酯产率最大化的提取工艺研究

摘要 目的:探讨海藻中多糖硫酸酯(SPS)提取的工艺条件。方法:对采用的两种工艺流程和不同粒度(20,40,60,80目)的藻粉水煮法与酶提取法分别进行了分析对比。结果:确定了60目的海藻粒度和水煮工艺提取SPS为获取海藻中SPS最大提取率的工艺条件,产率可达到3.10%,大于相关文献所报道的产率,且主要理化指标(硫酸根+多糖)含量大于50%。结论:该工艺为多糖硫酸酯工业化生产提供了依据。 Objective:The extracting technology of sulfated polysaccharides(SPS) from the algae (sea weeds) was discussed in this parper. Methods:The two kinds of techniques flow chart was contrasted and analyzed the extracting technology of “ hydrolyzation of enzyme” and “ extracting of poaching to different granularity algae such as 20,40,60 and 80 screen mesh” . Results:The conclusion that to gain the maximum yield of SPS was granularity of 60 screen mesh and extracting of poaching with the No.2 extracting technology chart. In this condition, the rate of product to material is 3.10% ;the content of sulfate radical and polysaccharide is over 50% ,which was more than the result of literature. Conclusion:The technology provide basis for industry production.
