摘要
本文回顾了毛泽东领导的科学制宪过程和体现在宪法中的毛泽东宪政思想 ,并对这部宪法的历史命运进行了理论上的省思 ;
In this article the author recalls the scientific constitution-enacting process led by Mao Zedong and his constitutional thought embodied in the constitution. Through the theoretical reflection on the historical fate of this constitution, we believe that the success and failure of Mao Zedong's constitution-exploring practice has a profound effect on the promotion of democratic law system and political civilization in our country.
