This paper tends to discuss the issue of the educating and selecting of the middle-aged and young carders.Under the guidance of ″The Coordinates of The Selection Of Party And Government Carders″,we must emancipate our mind,quicken the pace of the reform of the personnel system,put emphasis on the practice,strengthen the educating of the carders,keep pace with the times,select ex-cellent carders in appropriate way,lead them to work in a scientific,democratic and systematic manner,try to build a contingent of high-quality carders.
