A Rational Thinking on Developing Three ' E' s of Local RTVU

地方电大集普教、成教、职教于一体,三类教育协调发展,既顺应时代教育潮流,又适应地方社会经济发展要求;"三教"凭其各自的职能与特点整合资源,优势互补,协调发展。随着高等教育市场竞争的日益激烈,电大必须以开放教育统整各类教育,形成可持续发展的良性运行机制。

The three ' E' s—general education, adult education and vocational education constructed the main body of local RTVU. The harmonious development of the three kinds of education will meet the needs of modern education tide, meet the requirement of local social economic developing. Each of the three educations has its unique characters. They must be combined together, share the advantage and run coordinately. With the market of higher education developing, the competition will be heavier. RTVU must combine and rearrange the three educations. Only in this way could RTVU form the sustainable developing operating mechanism.
