On the Supervision and Restriction of Administrative Power

行政权力来源于宪法和法律,自第二次世界大战之后,行政权力急剧扩张,威胁到个人的权利和自由。因此,必须要在法治的框架内,通过立法权和司法权对行政权力进行监督制约。

Administrative power comes from constitution and other laws. Since the WWT, the administrative power has been so extremely expanded that it has threatened the individual rights and freedoms. Hence, it must be supervised and restricted by legislative and jurisdiction.
