乳腺增生症的癌变问题及其诊治进展

Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment on Cancerous Change of Mastoplasia

乳腺增生症患癌机率为一般妇女的 2～ 4倍 ,癌变率 5 %。药物治疗多能缓解症状 ,但难以根治。凡年龄在 4 0岁以上、药物久治无效、有孤立硬结嵌于条索团块之中者应作活检或手术治疗。乳腺增生症中的非典型性增生和导管内乳头状瘤病属癌前病变 ,其癌变率为 2 0 %和 5 %～ 33%。年龄 >5 0岁 。

Women with mastoplasia have the high risk to become breast cancer as compare with those without mastoplasia.The rate of cancerous change is 5%.The radical treatment present very difficult although the drug therapy may relieve the symptoms.For patients who have the age over 40y,show no response with a long time drug treatment and have single hard nodule in the mass of breast,the biopsy or operation should be carried out .Tow kinds of mastoplasia:atypical hyperplasia and intraductal papillomatosis are considered as precancerous lesion.The rate of cancerous change is 20% and 5%～33%,respectively.In order to prevent breast cancer,the breast must be cut off for the patients whose age is over 50y,having severe atypical hyperplasia or intraductal papillomatosis by biopsy.
