On the Establishment of the Mode of Ecological Economy in Western China

在我国西部经济可持续发展中应首先将生态系统和经济系统整合起来,进而建立生态经济模式以解决西部的发展问题。建立西部生态经济模式的思路是:通过一定技术支持实现生态系统与经济系统对接;转变开发方式,加速生态系统和经济系统协调运行;实施产业结构生态化,建立实体生态经济。

In the sustainable economic development in western China, what should be first done is to synthesize the ecological system and the economic system and then a mode of ecological economy should be established to promote the development of western China. To establish the mode of ecological economy, some technology should be introduced to set up the link between ecological and economic system. When this is done, the approach to development should be renewed to balance the operation of ecological and economic system, ecologize the structure of industry and establish the organ of ecological economy.
