摘要
探讨了利用工业废弃物石灰窑气和水玻璃,采用碳化法制备白炭黑的工艺过程。对影响碳化过程及白炭黑产率、物性的几个因素进行了分析讨论,并给出了实验结果的微观解释。通过比较、筛选,得出适宜的工艺条件:温度在85~95℃之间较好;反应达到2.5h时,反应基本完全;原料液浓度的调节可综合考虑经济指标,选取合适的稀释度。
It was discussed that the technique of carbonization using limekiln gas and water glass. Several factors were analyzed and discussed which affect the carbonization process,callback ratio and matter character of the SiO_2. A microcosmic explanation of experiment was presented. After comparing and selecting, the suitable technical condition was gained:preferable temperature is 85~95℃;the reaction is roughly completed after 2.5 h;adjust the concentration of the raw material by general economic target,then select right level of the dilution.
