摘要
本文对“成人教育学”的由来和演变进行了历史考察,分析了诺尔斯与“成人教育学”的联系,简述了诺尔斯设想的“成人教育学”框架以及美国成人教育学理论研究的脉络,并从词源学、经验价值、学习者、学习准备性等方面对“成人教育学”与“儿童教育学”的区别进行了比较。
This paper first traces out the origination and development of Andragogy.Then the paper throws light upon a connection between Knowles and Andragogy together with the theory outline Knowles sets out for Andragogy. Moreover American adult theoretical achievements toward perfect Andragogy are observed. In the last part the author distinguishes the differences between Andagogy and Pedagogy from several aspects such as etymology, learners, experience, readiness to learn and tendency to learn.
