摘要
建立现代企业制度是我国国有企业改革的方向,而建立现代企业制度离不开“现代培训”,建立现代企业培训制度是建立现代企业制度的重要内容,它包括劳动预备,职业资格,就业准入制度,岗前、岗中、转岗培训和继续教育制度,培训考核与激励制度,培训投入制度等几个方面。
Performing modern enterprise system is the direction to reforming the state-owned enterprise in China, while setting up modern enterprise system depends on modern training. Therefore the institution of modern enterprise training system is vital to perform modern enterprise system. The essay studies this topic in the four aspects: Labor employment; Entrance to post; Assessment and reward as well as funds input.
