徽商围绕“贾而好儒”这个轴心，在商业教育中十分注重道德的传递，并藉此维系宗族性商业集团的稳定，拓展经营空间和服务范围。道德传递的主要途径是师徒式的言传身教和商业书学习，主要内容则包括以义为利、诚信待人、勤俭起家和劳而不怨。

In the business education, Hui-shang pays much attention to moral transfer based on the 'Confucianism' as to hold together the business group of clan,and to extend the management and service. And this happens mostly via 'teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction between the teacher and the apprentice' or 'studying the business book'. And mostly the content includes taking righteousness as benefit,treating people cordially,enrichment with one's shoulder to collar and working hard with no complains.
