试论有关重婚的几个问题

Discussing Several Problems in Bigamy

重婚是违法犯罪行为,一直为法律所禁止。现行婚姻法在原则、法律责任及救助措施等方面对重婚问题进行了规定,这体现了对重婚这种违法犯罪行为的惩罚制度的进一步完善。但同时又由于现行婚姻法对事实婚姻的不再承认,使得对重婚的理解出现歧义。本文就有关重婚的几个问题谈一下粗浅看法。

Bigamy is illegal and has ever been prohibited by law. The current Marriage Law prescribes the principle, legal responsibility and succor measures in treating bigamy, showing the further improvement of punishing system to such illegal cases as bigamy. On the other hand, the current Marriage Law does not admit the factual marriage, causing ambiguity in understanding bigamy.
