加强对大学新生的课外教育管理,帮助大学生尽快适应大学校园的学习生活,对建立稳定和谐的教育秩序、提高教育教学质量具有重要的现实意义。
Tightening up the management of extracurricular education and helping the new college students to adapt quickly to college studying and life which is signifiant for establishing stable and harmonious educational pro- cedure and improving educational quality.
