Popular higher education and college student's getting employment are two hot issues in our higher education. Popular higher education affects college students' employment prospects,the college students' employment influences the for-reaching development of higher education correspondingly. In order to coordinate the contradictions for the better,we need to introduce the perception of occupation guide and develop it into one of the main means to serve the college graduate's employment in the process of popularization which assumes a realistic significance in college graduates' job-selecting,employment and starting an undertaking.
