摘要
通过研究分析心理专家、中学教师以及中学生三个群体对中学生心理素质成分的认识 ,结果表明 :中学生心理素质分为 4大维度 ,共含 13个重要成分。学习能力维度包含注意力和思维能力 ;社会能力及倾向维度包括人际沟通能力、适应环境能力和责任感 ;个性维度包括乐观、自尊心、自信心、坚强的意志、进取心、调控情绪的能力 ;耐挫能力维度包括应付挫折及压力的能力和合作能力。
This research investigates and analyses the cognition of the experts of psychology,the middle school teachers and the middle school students,about the mental quality of middle school students. The results show that the mental quality of middle school students is divided into four dimensions and contains thirteen important components. The dimension of study ability contains the ability of attention and the ability of thinking. The dimension of social ability and its tendency contains the ability of interpersonal communication,accommodative ability of environment and conscientiousness. The personality dimension contains optimism,self-esteem,self-confidence,strong will,initiative and the ability of adjusting emotion. The dimension of coping with frustration contains the ability of enduring frustration and stress and the ability of co-operation.
