摘要
隐性冲突是一种重要的师生互动形式。由于在互动过程中师生地位的差异 ,隐性冲突成为师生冲突的主要形式。以社会互动、冲突结果、冲突目的为判断标准 ,可以对师生之间的隐性冲突加以明确界定。根据冲突的起因可以将隐性冲突划分为现实性冲突和非现实性冲突 ,对此区别对待有利于师生互动关系向和谐状态发展。
Covert conflict is an important interaction between teachers and students. Due to the different status in the interaction between teachers and students,covert conflict becomes the main form among conflicts. Taking interaction,the result of conflict and the aim of conflict as the criteria of judgement,convert conflict can be made clear. According to the cause,covert conflicts can be divided into reality and non-reality. Taking different attitude towards them will make the relations between teachers and students more harmonious than before.
