摘要
在我国的管理实践中,长期以来见物不见人的现象非常突出,以人为本的管理理念亟待加强。究竟何为人?何为本?人在管理中的实质是什么?人本管理作为一种新的管理理念与能本管理的区别何在?这是摆在我们面前的一个重要问题。
There has been an obvious phenomenon in our management practice, that is material factors are always emphasized while human factors neglected. A new concept for management based on human factors should be established as soon as possible. What is human factor and what should be emphasized? What is the essence of human oriented management? What is the difference between productivity oriented management and human oriented management as a new management concept? This is an important issue before us.
