Investigation of psychological and social factors for peptic ulcer among campaign officers and soldiers

目的 探讨影响作战官兵消化性溃疡的心理、社会因素。方法 采用问卷调查 ,通过SCL - 90心理症状自评量表对 2 86名作战官兵进行调查。结果 引起作战官兵消化性溃疡的心理、社会因素主要是躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、偏执等。结论 心理。

Objective To discuss the influencing psychological and social factors which cause campaign officers and soldiers to suffer from peptic ulcer.Method By questionnaire SCL-90 (Symptom Check List-90) to evaluate 286 campaign officers and soldiers. Result The influencing factors mainly are self-body, self-constrained, being tender to community intercourse,depression,crankiness etc.Conclusion Psychological and social factors heavily influence the morbidity and prognosis of peptic ulcer of campaign officers and soldiers.
