确定多种因素与ICU患者行为异常的相关性 ,为预防和控制行为异常提供依据 ,并制定有效的护理措施。选取收住在白求恩国际和平医院ICU的患者与胸外科、外伤急诊手术患者作为实验组和对照组 ,进行成组不匹配病例对照研究。结合ICU患者的特点 ,制定的干预措施合理有效 。

To determine the relationship between multiple of factors and unusual behavior of ICU patients. To establish the guidelines of prophylaxis and control for unusual behavior patients and design some specific nursing measures.A case-control study be used on unusual behavior operation patients of thoracic surgery or emergency of ICU in Bethune International Peace Hospital.According to specialty of ICU patients,predictive and effective nursing measure can reduce incidence of unusual behavior and enhance nursing quality.
