摘要
目的 探讨切实有效的提高急诊服务质量的方法。方法 加强学习和员工素质教育 ,规范服务行为 ,更新和转变服务理念 ,微笑服务 ,简化急诊流程 ,开通绿色生命安全通道 ,开展病人健康教育 ,承诺优质服务 ,加强护理质量管理等。结果 提高了科室人员的素质 ,规范了科室管理 ,减少了差错 ,提高了病人满意率。
Objective To probe into workable and effective method to improve the quality of emergency service.Method The medical staff in the department of emergency enhance their study,standardize service behavior,renew and alter their service views, work with a smile, simplify the emergency procedures, open a safe gate way to a healthy normal life, establish health education for patients, improve the quality of the staff, standardize service behavior, guarantee high quality service, enhance the quality management of nursing.Result Raised the quality of the staff standardized office management,reduced the mistakes and raised the rate of patients’ satisfaction.Conclusion Social management can effective improve the quality of the entire emergency service.
