权变理论在护理管理中的应用

The application of contingency theory in nursing management

运用权变原理指导护理管理工作 ,护理管理工作必须强调整体性、创新性和弹性 ,更应注重实质及反馈 ,护理管理只有依据环境变化去探求最适合的管理方法 。

The aim of the present study is to explore the use of contingency theory in nursing management. Specially emphasizes that people who take part in nursing management have to pay more attention to the holistic, creativeness, elasticity and substance of it. Also, a good feedback system should be built. People can fulfill effective management, only when they use the principles of situational leadership theory to deal with the environment and find the best way of management towards it.
