摘要
目的 通过设置总带教老师 ,规范临床护理教学管理体制 ,切实提高教学质量 ,达到教学相长的目的。方法 采取公开竞聘的方法制定出合理的资格审查制度 ,从德、勤、技、能等方面 ,考评、聘用临床护理总带教老师。制定出总带教老师的职责和权利 ,使责、权、利相当。结果 总带教老师的公开竞聘 ,促进了护士的学习积极性和竞争意识 ,规范了临床护理教学管理 ,为护理部选拔护士长做好了人才储备。
Objective Setting up gross teachers to make criterion in clinic teaching management,improve teaching quality,facilitate teaching and learning.Method Making a reasonable system for checkup qualification to engage opening.The system includes virtue,industry,skill and competence.Meanwhile,prescribe the gross teachers’ committable and responsibility, and make it equivalent in their responsibility right and behalf.Result With the opening engagement of gross teachers,it is easier to learn for nurses and raise their realization of competition,making clinic teaching more improved, preparing a lot of qualifying gross teachers for hospital.Conclusion It is an important system to set up the post of clinic gross teachers,it can improve nursing quality effectively.
