摘要
β- CPP作为一种促进 Ca2 + 等离子吸收和细胞融合的活性短肽有着广泛的应用前景。为深入研究其生物学功能 ,采用基因工程方法得到β- CPP的二聚串联体基因并以此为基础构建真核表达载体 ,对其结构进行分析 ,为进一步表达重组β- CPP二聚体蛋白奠定基础。
CPP has expanded development as bioactive peptide that carries defferent minerals,especially calcium,and promote cell fusion.To investigate more effects of β-CPP,the test constructed the eukaryotic expression vector of β-CPP dimmer and predicted the stucture of it.The work established a foundation to express and character the recombinant β-CPP dimer.
