摘要
从业主、设计单位、承包商及监理四个方面 ,分析了工程变更的主要原因 ,并结合监理规范 ,阐述了发生工程变更的处置程序 。
From four aspects: proprietor, design unit, co nt ractor and supervision the reasons caused the project changes are analyzed and c ombined with supervision codes corresponding disposal programs are introduced as well as the practical investigation and evidences’ collection work of supervis ion engineers.
