摘要
结合电网土建改造工程建设管理的切身体会 ,从工程质量、工程进度、工程投资三方面 ,提出了行之有效的控制管理措施 ,实现了建设工程的全过程。
Based upon management experiences in civil rec on struction work of electric network from three aspects: engineering quality, cons truction progress and investment effective control measures are proposed, which realize whole procedure control and scientific management of construction engine ering.
