为了改善生态环境 ,有效减少自然灾害的损失 ,对城市防洪与经济、社会、环境效益的辩证统一关系作了分析 ,并提出人文。
This paper analyzes the dialectical unity rela ti onships among economy, society and environment benefit aspects embodied in urban flood control in order to promote the development of human and natural landscap e construction in urban flood control.
