摘要
以金冠苹果为试材,1-MCP处理后,研究了采收期、处理时间、处理温度和处理时期对果实采后呼吸强度和品质的影响。结果表明,1-MCP处理显著降低了果实的呼吸强度,延迟了果实呼吸高峰的出现,与对照果实相比,1-MCP很好地保持了果实的风味和品质。不同采收期、处理时间的长短、处理温度和处理时期均对1-MCP的作用效果有影响,在这些因素中,采后处理时期对1-MCP作用效果的影响最大。
Experiment was conducted with picked Golden Delicious apples for st udying the responses of fruit to different treatment conditions by application of1-MCP.The conditions included picking date,duration,temperature and timi ng of1-MCP application.The results indicated that1-MCP dramatically reduced respiration rate,delayed the occurrence of climac-teric peak of respiration, maintained fruit quality by decreasing the loss of fruit firmness and acidity.M aturity of fruit,dura-tion,temperature and timing of1-MCP application affec ted the efficacy of1-MCP on fruit during cold storage and shelf life.In these factors,the timing of application was the most important factor;it markedly affected responses of fruit to1-MCP.
