The procedure of applying analytic hierarchy process to determining the index weight was introduced. An example of determining entrepreneur evaluation index weight was given, the process of calculation was introduced, and the weight of each entrepreneur evaluation index was obtained. The results show that analytic hierarchy process can be used to carry out the quantitative analysis of the non-quantitative thing. It can avoid subjective effect in the course of evaluation and is a scientific method to determine entrepreneur evaluation index weight.
