关于田口方法中望大特性信噪比的改进

Optimization of Taguchi's Signal-to-noise Ratio for the Case of "Larger the Better" Quality Characteristics

田口方法中望大特性信噪比是在望小特性的基础上,对质量特性值取倒数得到的。事实上,这一做法受到很多业内人士的质疑。该文通过望大特性的案例,说明直接从定义出发,可以得到更为满意的结果。

Taguchi's signal-to-noise ratio for the cases of 'larger the better' quality characteristics is generally derived from the reciprocal of its quality characteristics value so that the signalto-noise ratio for the cases of 'smaller the better' quality characteristics can be calculated. Unfortunately, it has been much criticized. In this paper, through an example with the 'larger the better' quality characteristics, a better result can be derived from the definition directly.
