摘要
知识经济的主要特征,是知识对经济发展的作用更大以及更加重视教育、学习和人才。知识经济时代高等教育人才培养的目标,是使学生学会做人、学会学习、学会应用、学会创造和学会与人合作。
This paper discussed the main characteristics of knowledge-economy. The objective of the personnel training in higher education nowadays and the ways to deal with the situations were also discussed.
