摘要
电子图书馆的兴起,对图书馆事业的发展既是机遇也是挑战。阐述了电子图书馆的概念、特点及其对情报信息工作的影响,提出了新时期图书馆工作的新职能。
The growing up of e- library is not only the challenge but al so t he chance for the development of the library cause. This paper expounds the conc eption and features of e- library and its influence on information work, and pu ts forward the new functions of the library in the new times.
