随着国际贸易的发展和全球市场竞争的日趋激烈,发达国家越来越多地利用贸易技术壁垒充当贸易保护的新工具。我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,受害尤其严重。因此,我们应采取建立完整、通畅的信息通报制度,建立与国际接轨的技术标准体系等一系列措施来跨越国际贸易技术壁垒,促进国际贸易的发展。

Along with the development of international trade, the global comp etition is more and more drastic day by day, and those developed countries use t he technical barrier as the new tool of trade protection more and more. As the b iggest developing country in the world, China suffered especially severely from it. Therefore, we should build complete and unblocked information reporting syst em and the technical standard system connecting with international rules to brid ge over the technical barrier in international trade and to promote the developm ent of international trade.
