浅谈公路路政管理的现状及对策

Talking about the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Highway Service Management

针对目前我国公路“重建轻管”的现状以及公路养建的不利影响与存在问题,提出了公路养护管理系统的概念以及可持续发展战略,包括转变观念,开展技术创新与制度创新,加快我国公路养护的科学化进程。

In the light of the present situation of our country's highway ser vice management of 'laying stress on construction and making light of management ' and harmful influence of and existing problems in the construction and mainten ance of highway, this paper puts forward the concept of the highway maintenance and management system and sustainable development strategy, including the transf ormation of mentality, practice of technical innovation and system innovation, s peeding up the tempo of the process of scientificalization of our country's high way maintenance.
