我国中小企业融资问题思考

Considerations about the Financing Problem of Chinese Small and Medium Sized Enterprises

尽管中小企业在国民经济中占有的重要地位,但我国中小企业融资不畅的问题特别突出。造成中小企业融资困难的主要原因是中小企业的经营透明度比较低,以及我国市场经济体制的微观运行基础不完善。一方面应实行对中小企业的扶持政策,缓解中小企业的融资困难;另一方面建立现代企业制度,提高自身素质也是解决中小企业贷款难的重要途径。

Although the small and medium sized enterprise occupies importan t position in national economy, the problem of unimpeded financing for the small a nd medium sized enterprises is very obvious, the main reasons of which are that the operation transparency of the small and medium sized enterprises is lower an d the foundation for the micrographic operation of Chinese market economy system is not perfect. On one hand the banks should put into practice some supporting policies for the small and medium sized enterprises to overcome their financing difficulty, on the other hand the small and medium sized enterprises should set up the modern enterprise system and improve the quality of their own, which is s till an important way to solve the problem of that the small and medium sized en terprises are difficult to get loan from the banks.
