Consultancy Engineers' Control of Construction Cost in Design Stage

通过对工程项目建设投资管理和工程造价管理现状分析,引出我国咨询工程师的概念,提出咨询工程师在设计阶段开展设计监理工作的重要作用,以及设计监理的工作内容和工作方法,以期达到控制设计阶段工程造价的目的。

Through the analysis on the present situation of the management of engineering project construction investment and the management of project cost, this paper introduces the conception of the consultancy engineer, points out th e important functions of the consultancy engineers in the design monitoring work conducted in the design stage, and expounds the contents and methods of the des ign monitoring for the purpose of controlling the project cost in the design sta ge.
