公路工程招投标中应注意的问题

Discussion on the Competitive-bidding System of Highway Engineering

针对目前公路工程招投标现状,提出几个值得注意的问题,包括公路工程建设招投标范围、项目管理权限、项目招标文件及其标底的编制、评标委员会的组成、招标信息的发布、项目评标及定标原则等。

In the light of the present situation of the competitive- biddi ng system of the highway engineering, this paper puts forward some problems needin g attention including the bidding scope, the authority of project management, th e compilation of the bidding document and the estimated lower limit on bids, the establishment of the commission for bidding examination and appraisal, the anno uncement of bidding information, the principles of project's bidding assessment and determination, etc.
