分析了导致企业信息化失败的原因,指出信息化项目监理是企业信息化成功的关键,并介绍了信息化项目监理的3种模式。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the failure of enterprise's i nf ormatization, points out that the informatization project monitoring is the key of the success of enterprise's informatization, and introduces three models of i nformatization project monitoring.
