摘要 Dexosome是由树突状细胞分泌的膜小泡 ,同时表达MHC Ⅰ ,Ⅱ类分子及共刺激分子CD86 ,能够活化T细胞产生免疫应答 ,并可能参与T细胞介导的外周免疫耐受 ,其在抗肿瘤免疫疗法中的效用具有诱人的前景。
