摘要
eIF 4E是最重要的翻译起始因子 ,在真核细胞的蛋白质合成中起重要作用。近年来对eIF 4E的研究主要集中在其对细胞生长分化有关蛋白的调控 ,其与肿瘤发生发展的关系及临床应用价值等方面。
