CD81分子与丙型肝炎病毒感染 被引量:1

摘要 CD8 1(TAPA 1)是一种非糖基化膜蛋白和细胞膜表面粘附分子 ,在体内分布广泛 ,是四跨膜蛋白 (TM4SF)超家族成员之一。具有影响细胞的粘附激活、形态改变、增殖分化及信号传导等生物学功能。新近研究表明 ,CD81能与HCV包膜糖蛋白E2结合 ,它可能是丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染靶细胞的受体分子。
