丙型肝炎病毒核心蛋白(HCV核心)与NF-κB信号通路

摘要 NF κB信号通路与炎症、细胞增殖、凋亡及细胞的恶性转化密切相关 ,在肝疾病的发生发展过程中具有重要作用 ;丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)感染常见 ,是慢性肝炎和肝细胞癌 (HCC)的主要致病因素 ;HCV通过其病毒蛋白干预细胞的正常功能 。
