膜电容技术在检测中性粒细胞胞吐中的应

摘要 中性粒细胞参与机体抗菌 ,抗病毒 ,炎症反应和免疫调节等病理生理过程。它主要通过吞噬和胞吐发挥其功能。近年来 ,用膜片钳技术研究中性粒细胞胞吐机制进展较快。细胞膜的特性类似电学上的电容器 。
