摘要
汕头LPG码头工程包括#1、#2、#3、工作船泊位和一座防波堤组成。#1、#2、工作船泊位建于防波堤内侧;#3泊位建于防波堤外侧,为开敞式布置,总平面布置的主要参数选取采用国内规范结合OCIMF标准优化。#3泊位结构设计波高达10.4m,主体结构采用钢管桩墩式双层结构,下层满足系、靠船作业要求,上层布置装卸设备、管线和人行通道。其中,环氧涂层钢筋防腐措施和75m跨球型空间钢网架等技术的应用均为国内先例。
Shantou LPG Terminal Project includes berths # 1,# 2& # 3,service boat and one breakwater.Berths # 1,# 2and service boat berth are constructed inside the breakwater,while berth # 3is constructed outside the breakwater.Determination of main design parameters is complied with China National Standards and OCIMF standards.As the open sea structure,the design wave height of berth # 3is up to10.4m.This terminal is of two-layer dolphin structure,and steel pipe is adopted as pile foundation;the under layer of the dolphin can meet the requirements of mooring and berthing,and the unloading equipment,pipelines and access road are arranged on the upper layer.The application of anti-corrosive measure for reinforcing bar by epoxy coating and globular-type space netted-truss steel structure with span of75m used for the trestle in this project set a record in China.
