索结构节点冷压锚固试验与分析

Experiment and Analysis of the Anchor-hold of Cable in Cold Pressure Anchors of Cable Structure

以索穹顶结构的节点设计强度要求为研究背景 ,进行了冷压锚固的模具加工和材料选择 ,并对锚固长度进行了试验研究和有限元分析。研究结果表明 ,采用合理的冷压锚固形式 ,其锚固强度可以达到钢索的设计强度 ,满足轻型索结构的设计要求。

As a part of contexts for node design of cable dome,the anchor-hold of cable in cold pressure is investigated based on the experiment and finite element method.This work includes the mould machining,material choosing and the defining of the length of anchor.The research results indicate that if reasonable form of anchor in cold pressure is adopted,the anchor-hold can reach the design strength of cable.
