蒸汽机车连杆铜合金滑动轴承修复装置

摘要  蒸汽机车动轮连杆有多组铜合金滑动轴承,检修时,经油压机压出后外径缩小,使得轴承失效。为此,采用螺丝杆相对运动及锥度配合,将加热后的铜合金滑动轴承恢复了原有尺寸,达到了轴承与连杆间的压装压力要求,使轴承获得再利用。 As well known that steam engine has numerical sliding axletrees made of alloy copper.The sliding axletree would be shrunk by the tremendous pressure posed by oilcompressor.To solve the problem,a method,which can make heated sliding axletree restore the original size by the relative motion of screwed-staff and corporation of wimble angle,is proposed in this paper.By numerous experiments,our method can effectively achieve the requirement of the tensility between sliding axletree and link-staff,so that the economic benefit of recycle can be obtained.Our method also can be used to restoring similar machine sliding axletree.
