摘要
本文是关于用冷却的方法从KCl-NH_4H_2PO_4-H_2O体系的溶液中结晶出mNH_4H_2PO_4·nKH_2PO_4的实验研究。研究了反应温度分别为40℃、50℃、70℃对应结晶温度为 1.5℃、1.5℃、25℃,溶液中KCl与 NH_4H_2PO_4摩尔比为 k=0.67、0.82、1.00等不同条件对产品组成、各有效组分转化率的影响。得出了制备一定氮、磷、钾比例的无氯复合肥料的最佳工艺条件。
In this article, using cooling method to crystallize mNH_4H_2PO_4· nKH_2PO_4 from the KCl--NH_4H_2PO_4--H_2O system has been studlied in detail experimentally. Under different conditions: the reaction tempe- ratures separately are 40℃, 50℃, 70℃, corresponding crystallization- temperatures are 1. 5℃, 1. 5, 25℃ respectively. In the solution, themol- ratio of KCI and NH_4H_2PO_4 are 0. 67, 0. 82, 1. 00. The change rates have effects on the products component and each effective componenthas been studied. From the experimental results, fha best technology conditions to make the chlorideless compound-fertilizer-mNH_4H_2PO)4·nKH_2PO_4 can be obtained.
