摘要 作者认为 ,扣件式钢管模架整体失稳 ,与过去的升板建筑群柱失稳事故非常相似 ,值得借用过去己有的科研成果 ,来分析现在的钢管模架整体失稳现象。本文在学习《建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范》和《扣件式钢管脚手架与模板支架的设计计算》一文的基础上 ,深入地探讨了当前扣件式钢管模板支架的设计计算问题。指出 ,在计算模架立杆的稳定性时 ,必须正确理解有关规范条文 ,以便得到全面认识 ,弥补不足之处。 The integral unstability happening to the tube-and-coupler formwork support is very similar to that previously happening to the group columns of lift-form building, so it is necessary to analyze the phenomena of integral unstability of the tube-and-coupler formwork support by means of available research results. On the basis of the comprehension of “Technical specification for safety of tube-and-coupler scaffold used in building construction” and “Design and calculation of tube-and-coupler scaffold/formwork support”, the current design and calculation of tube-and-coupler formwork support have been deeply discussed in the paper. When the calculation is made for the stability of the vertical members of the formwork support, the provisions in the technical specification must be fully comprehended.
