摘要 探讨了走航式叶绿素荧光计的现场校正方法。针对珠江口及其邻近陆架海域,分别对经非标准化和标准化处理的盐度和荧光计叶绿素数据进行聚类统计,区分河口区与陆架海区,给出分区段的校正系数。结果表明,在珠江河口区尤其是低盐度段,分区校正与单一的校正相比有相当明显的改善;非标准化与标准化数据处理方案各有优缺点。这一方法对于快速、连续测量该复杂海区的叶绿素浓度有着重要的意义。 A WETStar chlorophyll fluorometer was used for mapping of chlorophyll in the Zhujiang River Estuary and its adjacent sea areas of the South China Sea. Field calibration was done both by applying one calibration equation for the entire region and by applying two calibration equations for the estuary and the sea sections, respectively. The differentiation of two sections was established by doing cluster statistics on the underway data sets, including salinity and fluorometer chlorophyll. Classification attempts were made to both standardized and non-standardized data sets. The way of calibration by sections was found to be able to improve the accuracy of Chl.a measurement especially in the Zhujiang River Estuary.
