摘要
为提高X射线实时成象系统的检测能力,研制了XRICP-2N计算机实时成象及图象处理系统,实时预处理器每秒可完成8(1/3)幅图象积分,提高图象信噪功率比64倍;采用VLSI芯片使微机图象处理速受提高10~1000倍,软件功能及运算速度可以和VAXII 750+Model 75大型系统相比拟;钢、铝合金及焊缝的实验表明,线型象质计的指数平均提高1~2,20~110mm厚的铝合金的检测灵敏度可以达到优于1%;最后给出纤维增强复合材料的应用实例。
A System of Computer X-Ray Real-time Imaging and Image Processing has been developed to enhance the capability of X-Ray inspection.The rate of integration is 8.3 frames per second,ratio of signal to noise has been increased to 64 times and the rate of image processing has been raised 10 to 1000 times by adopting the VLSI circuit,so software function and computing rate can be comparable with the VAX II 750+Model 75 large system.The resolvable wire number of wire image quality indicator(IQI)for steel,aluminum and welded seam will be increased 1 to 2 number, the inspection sensitivity of the system for aluminum alloy and its welded seam of which the thickness is to 110mm from 20mm is better than 1%.At last the system has been applied to inspecting fibre enhancment composite.
